AZD brings the same commitment and passion it has for technology to our Product Support Department. The dedication of our Product Support Team is second-to-none. Because we design, engineer, and produce our own technology, we have first hand knowledge for fast quality service.

In the event that a problem does occur, AZD stands ready to be of assistance. Repairs are made directly by our fleet customers and our network of dealers.

Our Regional Service Managers provide assistance to dealers and fleets on Balance Hybrid (BHEV) or Transit Connect Electric (TCE) vehicles in North America.

Regional Service Managers (RSM) provide geographically-based support for authorized dealers and fleet customers, and are part of our North American Field Service team.
